Appears on the 1871 census living in Croxley Green, with her Uncle John IVE, she is described as a Domestic Servant.

Emily is named as Executrix of John IVE's will in 1875, her address then is given as Parrott's Farm, Croxley Green.

Emily WHEELER and Henry BRANCH were married on 15 September 1877 at St Mary the Virgin in Harefield, Middlesex. Henry BRANCH, son of Henry BRANCH and Sarah Elizabeth GOODMAN, was born on 17 March 1849 in Harefield, Middlesex. He was baptized on 8 April 1849 at St Mary the Virgin in Harefield, Middlesex.
In 1881 Henry, Emily and their two sons, Henry and William, are living in Pinner Road, Harefield and he is working as a Bricklayer.

The 1891 census finds the family living at 1 Elm Cottages, Harefield and Henry is again a Bricklayer.

By 1901 Henry and Emily, together with a niece Edith M. BRANCH age 24 (the name BRANCH is probably an error and she is in fact Edith M. WHEELER), are living in High Street, Harefield (next door to Marchant's Drapers), Henry is now described as a Bricklayer's Foreman.

Emily WHEELER and Henry BRANCH had the following children:
