On the 1891 census Rosa appears as a boarder at 142 High Street, Harlesden, the household of Arthur PERRYMAN, a Draper, her occupation is given as a Draper's Assistant.

Rosa IVE and Harry Goff JARRETT were married on 24 November 1894 at St John the Baptist in Pinner, Middlesex. Harry Goff JARRETT, son of Francis JARRETT, was born about 1865. In 1901 Harry, Rosa and their children, are living at 361-363 King Street, Hammersmith, part of which premises would appear to be a Dairy of which Harry is the Manager.
