On the 1861 census George, his wife Ann and daughters Bertha and Maria are living in Farm Lane, Fulham, George is still a Butcher and his daughters, Bertha and Maria, are Laundresses.

Ann [--?--] was born about 1803 in Gateshead, Durham. She died in 1863 at the age of 60. Death Registration: R.D. Kensington Vol 1a Page 110 between July 1863 and September 1863 .

George IVE and Ann [--?--] had the following children:

206	i.	Richard William "William IVE" IVE was born about 1828 in Fulham, Middlesex. He died on 9 March 1871 at the age of 43 at Theresa Cottage in Fulham, Middlesex. He had his estate probated on 15 March 1872 at Principal Registry in London. In 1851 (Richard) William is living in Fulham with his parents and his occupation is Cow Keeper. Appears on the 1861 census living at The Dairy, Farm Place, Fulham, his occupation is given as a Cow Keeper.

208	iii.	Samuel "Samuel Edward IVE" IVE was born about 1835 in Fulham, Middlesex. Death Registration: R.D. Kensington Vol 1a Page 113 between April 1864 and June 1864 . He died in 1864 at the age of 29. Appears on the 1861 census living with his brother Richard at Farm Place, Fulham, his occupation is given as Cow Keeper's Assistant, so it would appear he is working for his brother.
