The 1891 census has James and his wife Eliza, together with daughter Ada, living in Raby Road, New Malden, his occupation is given as Hay Binder. Harriet, his daughter is shown as resident in the household. The 1898 Kelly's Directory lists James as a Farmer in Harefield. Appears on the 1901 census living at Copthall Farm, Harefield he is described as a Farmer. James IVE and Eliza BRAY were married on 20 September 1855 at St Martin in Ruislip, Middlesex. Eliza BRAY, daughter of John BRAY and Ellen LAMB, was born in 1836 at Ruislip Common in Ruislip, Middlesex. She was baptized on 16 October 1836 at St Martin in Ruislip, Middlesex. She died on 19 April 1905 at the age of 69 at Copthall Farm in Harefield, Middlesex. Eliza was buried on 22 April 1905 at St Martin in Ruislip, Middlesex.
