In 1871 John is again described as a farmer of 78 acres.

Susanna appears on the 1881 census living at Smiths Farm, Northolt, Middlesex as a farmer of 78 acres employing one man.

In 1891 Susanna and her two daughters, Maud and Constance, are living at 1 Mount Park Road, Ealing, her daughter Maud is shown as head of household and no occupation is listed for any of them.

In 1901 the three of them are again living in Mount Park Road and again no occupation is given.

Susanna IVE and John Lambert HITCHCOCK were married on 25 February 1856 at St John the Evangalist in Lambeth, Surrey. John Lambert HITCHCOCK, son of James HITCHCOCK and Mary [--?--], was born about 1835 in Northolt, Middlesex. He died on 2 February 1877 at the age of 42 in Northolt, Middlesex. He had his estate probated on 2 March 1877 in London.
