168. John IVE was baptized on 5 June 1806 in Langley, Buckinghamshire. He was born in 1806 in Langley, Buckinghamshire. He died on 27 June 1847 at the age of 41 at the Workhouse in Clerkenwell, Middlesex. John was buried on 3 July 1847 at St James in Clerkenwell, Middlesex. He had his estate probated on 3 March 1863 at the Principal Registery in London.

A bankruptcy notice for John IVE of Berkley Street, Clerkenwell appears in the London Gazette dated 2nd April 1841.

John IVE and Lucy WELCH were married on 28 September 1837 at St Luke in Chelsea, Middlesex. Lucy WELCH, daughter of William WELCH and Mary WATTS, was born in 1815 in Brentford, Middlesex. She was baptized on 1 November 1815 at St Lawrence in Brentford, Middlesex. She died on 20 April 1879 at the age of 64. Lucy was buried on 25 April 1879 in Abney Park Cemetery.

In 1851 the widowed Lucy and her son William are living in New Brentford, Middlesex.

In 1861 Lucy, together with her sister Eliza, is living at 3 Auburn Road, Old Brentford, they are both described as Proprietors of Houses.

By 1871 Lucy is living at 3 Hill Street, Stamford Hill, Middlesex, where she is a lodger in the household of Edward MERRY, a Cowkeeper, and his family; her son William and his family are enumerated at what appears to be the same address, but on a seperate schedule.
