Appears on the 1891 census living in High Street, Harefield working as a labourer in a Cement Works. Appears on the 1901 census living at 25 Rothbury Road, Poplar employed as a Foreman in a Cement Works. In 1911 the family are living at 9 Trinity Road, Southall, Isaac is a Yardman for a Cement Manufacturer. Isaac IVE and Louisa COOPER were married on 19 May 1888 in Harefield, Middlesex. Louisa COOPER, daughter of John COOPER and Elizabeth DAY, was born on 20 February 1864 in Harefield, Middlesex. She was baptized on 6 March 1864 at St Mary the Virgin in Harefield, Middlesex. A note against the Parish Register entry for the baptism says "Privately Baptised, admitted publicly into the Church March 20th 1864". She died in 1951 at the age of 87. Appears on the 1881 census working as a general servant living in Pinner, Middlesex employed by Wilfred Tate, Chief Clerk Metropolitan Police Courts.
