Eighth Generation159. Henry IVE was born in 1819 in Harefield, Middlesex. He was baptized on 19 November 1819 in Harefield, Middlesex. He died in 1892 at the age of 73 in Harefield, Middlesex. Henry was buried on 7 February 1892 in Harefield, Middlesex. Henry's brother, Isaac Ive, was a witness at his marriage. On the 1841 census Henry is living at Dewes Farm as a Servant, working for William and Louisa TRUMPER, his future wife Mary GEARY is also listed in the same household as a Servant. The 1851 census has Henry, Mary and children living at Hodgets Farm, Harefield, he is described as a Farmer of 91 acres occasionally employing 4 labourers. There seems to be an error in the calculation of Henry and Mary's ages as they are recorded as aged 40 and 38 respectively, there is also a son Isaac recorded as aged 10, but this is almost certainly Henry's nephew the son of his widowed brother Isaac.. Hodgets Farm was situated close to the parish boundary between Ruislip and Harefield, near Ashby Farm which was of course farmed by Charles IVE, Henry's brother, and his descendants for many years. The 1861 census has Henry and his family living at Moor Hall, Harefield, he is described as an Agricultural Labourer. The 1871 census has Henry and family still living at Moor Hall with Henry still employed as an Agricultural Labourer. Described as an Agricultural Labourer in 1881 Census, living at The Moor, Harefield, Middlesex. In 1891 the widowed Henry is an inmate of the Uxbridge Union Workhouse.
