85. Amor STOPFORD was born in 1773 in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. He was baptized on 17 July 1773 at St Mary in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. He died in November 1813 at the age of 40 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Amor was buried on 27 November 1813 in St Mary the Virgin, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.

This is a transcript of Amor's will written in 1813 :

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Amor Stopford of Hemel Hempstead in the County of Hertfordshire Dealer in Corn

First I direct that all my just debts funeral expenses and the charges of proving this my will be duly paid and satisfied

Then I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Sophia Mary Stopford all my stocks in the Funds Ready Money Securities for money Goods Chattels Rights Credits and all and singular my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I may be possessed of at the time of my decease to and for her own sole and absolute use and disposal

And hereby revoking all former wills and codicils to wills by me before made I do publish and declare this to be my last and do appoint my said dear wife Sophia Mary full and sole executor thereof

In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament ascribed my hand and affixed my seal this twentieth day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirteen ? Amor Stopford

Proved at London 20th December 1813 before the worpl. John Janbury Dr. of Laws and Surr. By the oath of Sophia Mary Stopford wd. The Relict and sole executrix to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to admin.
