46. Mary IVE was born in 1736 in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. She was baptized on 17 December 1736 at St Mary in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. She died in 1803 at the age of 67 in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Mary was buried on 23 March 1803 at St Mary in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. She was also known as Mary IVES.

Amor STOPFORD died in 1796 in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. He was buried on 12 March 1796 at St Mary in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Amor Stopford of Cashio Bridge in the parish of Rickmansworth in the County of Hertford Yeoman which I being rather weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same do make publish and declare in the manner following

I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary Stopford the Bedstead and Feather Bed Bolster Pillows Blankets Quilt Chest of Drawers Chairs Looking Glass and all other Furniture being in the bedchamber in which she normally lodges to be at her own absolute disposal

And as to for and concerning all the Rest Residue and remainder of my Household Goods and Household Furniture Plate Linen China Wearing Apparel Debts Monies Stock and Implements in Husbandry both alive and dead Cattle Chattels Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my two sons Amor Stopford and William Stopford their Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely to and for their own use and benefit subject to the payment of all my just debts and Funeral and Testamentary charges which I desire may be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be

And subject also to and charged with the payment of one annuity or yearly sum of twenty five pounds to my said wife Mary Stopford aforesaid during the term of her natural life to be paid quarterly the first payment thereof to be made at the end of three calendar months next ensuing the day of my decease

And subject also to the payment of the legacy or sum of Ten Pounds to my only daughter Ann the wife of John Wells of Margate in the county of Kent Grocer which I direct to be paid to her at the end of twelve calendar months from the day of my decease

And I do make constitute and appoint my Brother in law Edward Ive of Langley in the County of Bucks Yeoman and my said two sons Amor Stopford and William Stopford joint Executors of this my will and hereby revoking all former wills by me made I declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of January one thousand seven hundred and ninety six ? Signed sealed and published by the said Amor Stopford the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses to the same ? This Will was proved at London the twenty seventh day of February in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven before the worshipful Maurice Swabey Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir William Mayne Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of Edward Ive and Amor Stopford the son of the deceased and two of the Executors named in the said will to whom administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first duly sworn to administer power reserved of making like grant to William Stopford the son also of the deceased and other Executor named in the said will when he shall apply for the same
