Ninth Generation289. Caroline IVE was born in 1843 in Ruislip, Middlesex. She was baptized on 7 May 1843 at St Margaret in Uxbridge, Middlesex. She died in 1916 at the age of 73. Death Registration: in January 1916–March 1916 at Vol 3a Page 357 in R.D. Hendon. In 1901 Caroline is living at the Bell Inn, Pinner Green, with her daughters Jessie and Caroline, her occupation is given as Licenced Victualler, her marital status is shown as "married". In 1911 Caroline is still at the Bell Inn together with her son Herbert and daughter Jessie, her husband, Austin, is staying in Devon with their daughter Caroline. Caroline IVE and Austin CARLEY were married on 16 January 1870 at Holy Trinity in Northwood, Middlesex. Austin CARLEY, son of Thomas CARLEY and Mary A. [--?--], was born about 1844 in Glapthorn, Northamptonshire. On the 1871 census Austin, his wife and eldest daughter are living "opposite" Breakspear House, Harefield and he is employed as a Gamekeeper. Appears on the 1881 census living at the Bell Inn, Pinner Green, Middlesex described as a Licensed Victualler. In 1891 the family are still living at the Bell Inn. Appears on the 1901 census living at the Bull Inn, Husborne Crawley, Bedfordshire he is described as a widower (although his wife Caroline is alive and well and living in Pinner) and his occupation is Licensed Victualler, his daughter Emily is living with him.
