A Summary of the Will of William Ive the elder of Burnham Grandchild William Ive -'the elder of my sonne John's children and to his heirs all that house and Lande wherein I now live, arable and woodground knowne and called by the name of Horseharness' Item I give to my grandchild Mary Ive 20 Li of good and lawfull money to be paid her all at the age of 18 yeares by her brother William out of the aforesaid Landes of Horseharnes Item I give to my daughter-in-law Mary Ive iij li a yeare to bee paid for by her sonne William Ive after he shall come to age during her natural life. Item I give to my grandchild Peter Ive that tenement which Richard Bunscombe liveth in namely two roomes, the one belowe the other above And parte of the garden and the hall of Thomas Times straight to the barne post. Item I give unto Peter Ive five acres lyinge on the east side of Andrew Croft his house on a comon field called Lentfield, halfe an acre in ....field abutting eastwards upon an acre of John Ive of Lent in a comon field called Dewframes. Item I give to my grandchild John Ive the house that Thomas Tymes liveth in with the barfeilde from the end of the hall straight over the garden and backside to the barn post and not further.
