Sixth Generation34. Anne IVE was baptized on 3 February 1728 in Harefield, Middlesex. She was born in 1728. She died after August 1777 at the age of 49. Anne IVE and John MILLARD were married on 8 May 1753 at St Mary the Virgin in Harefield, Middlesex. John MILLARD died in August 1777 in Uxbridge, Middlesex. He was buried on 27 August 1777 at St Margaret in Uxbridge, Middlesex. He was born in Middlesex. The entry in the Harefield Parish Register says John is of Uxbridge. The following is a transcript of John's will from the PCC wills at TNA. In the Name of God Amen The twenty third day of August in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy seven I John Millard of the Town of Uxbridge in the County of Middlesex Innholder being of perfect sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praise be God for the same calling to mind the uncertainty of this Mortal Life do make publish and declare this present writing to be my Last Will and Testament in manner following (That is to say) First I do hereby give and bequeath unto my two children namely John Millard and Ann Millard and to each of them the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be severally paid to them as they respectively attain the ages of twenty one years by my executors hereinafter named And I do hereby order them my said Executors to take out of my personal Estates the sum of two hundred pounds and place the same at interest on Government or some other good Security or Securities of one hundred pounds each before given to my said two children may be paid to them as aforesaid And it is my will that the Interest proceeds and profits of the said sum of two hundred pounds the Legacies given to my Children as aforesaid shall be had and received by my wife Ann Millard to and for her own use until the legacies aforesaid shall become due and payable and that my said Children by virtue of this my Will shall be entitled to receive no more than their Legacies of one hundred pounds each in manner aforesaid anything to the contrary notwithstanding And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Stock in Trade Ready Money or Money any wise due and owing to me Leases and other my Goods and Chattels and personal Estates whatsoever or of what nature or kind so ever the same shall be that I shall die possessed of or entitled unto after payment of my Debts and Funeral Expenses I do hereby give and bequeath the same unto her my loving wife the said Ann Millard to and for her own use And I do hereby make ordain nominate constitute and appoint her my said wife Ann Millard and Mr Thomas Webb of the Town of Uxbridge aforesaid jointly Executor and Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament And lastly I do hereby revoke ??????? and make void all former and other Will Wills and Testaments and do declare this only to stand and be as and for my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written John Millard Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator the said John Millard as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have set our names as Evidences hereto after interleaving the words (and personal Estate) Joseph Packer ?
