In 1911 James, Rose and their three youngest children are living at Ivy Lodge, Amersham, his occupation is again Game-Keeper.

James IVE and Rosa POULTER were married on 15 June 1895 at St Martin in Ruislip, Middlesex. Rosa POULTER, daughter of Eli POULTER and Emily Alice IVE, was born about 1878.

James IVE and Rosa POULTER had the following children:

786	ii.	Lillian Constance IVE was born on 13 July 1897 at Hope Cottage in Ruislip, Middlesex. She was baptized on 12 September 1897 at St Martin in Ruislip, Middlesex. She died in 1904 at the age of 7 at Wood End in Northolt, Middlesex. Lillian was buried on 22 November 1904 at St Mary in Northolt, Middlesex. She was also known as Elsie Constance IVE.
